These are the original German Wilkinson Blades, introduced to the United States in the late 1950s, Wilkinson Swords original stainless steel double edge blade became an immediate success because of its fine edge.
This blade retains the original precision honed Wilkinson Sword edge, but has been improved by Wilkinsons famous triple coating process of chromium to resist corrosion, ceramic for added durability and PTFE for less irritation.
The result is a blade that maintains its edge even longer than stainless steel.
This time-tested blade provides incredibly smooth, close and comfortable double edge shaves.

  • Super Sharp
  • Stainless Steel, Triple Coated to Resist Corrosion, Last Long, Smooth Shave

No need to look further

Probably like other DE shavers, I’ve tried plenty of other brands, and even wrote a review of Feathers elsewhere on this website. And they are fine. But I keep going back to Wilkinsons, which might not be the sharpest, but offer sufficient closeness to go with true comfort. I've now committed to buying 100 of them, so I should be set for a couple years. No need to look further. Since I can get three or four close shaves with each blade, I’m paying less than 15 cents a shave. A real value.

My favorite razor blades

I've tried a variety of blades, and while many give a great shave, in the end I have fallen in love with the Wilken Sword Classics.
this is my 2nd 100 pack (I give away a lot of blades to folks new to wet shaving), and am always happy for the price.
There are other places to buy shaving gear, but the support, decent value, and quick shipping I get from Shave Nation is why I keep coming back.

Excellent for sensitive skin

I've tried mild blades (like Astra) and very sharp ones (like Feather), but I find these strike the sweet spot for coarse beard and sensitive skin, no tugging like with mild blades, and not overkill in the sharpness.
Also, I find that they retain the sharpness for a decent amount of time, unlike some other cheaper blades.

What a terrific surprise.

It’s funny how many discoveries are made purely by accident. Just look at how Fleming discovered penicillin...😎 I made an error when I ordered these blades. I thought I was buying the Wilkinson Sword Classic. But I have to say that I like these better. They are considerably smoother and I am now a convert.

My everyday blade

Been using these for a long, long time. Wilkinson delivers a close, comfortable shave at a reasonable price and these are my go-to, everyday blade. Not as sharp as a Feather but close and much more forgiving. I shave around a goatee so that makes a difference for me.
