We understand that when you purchase an item you are anxious to receive it and start using it right away.

We are obsessed with same day shipping!
We will always do our best to ship your items the same day you place your order, or at the very latest, the next business day.

You will be sent a tracking number immediately upon shipment of your order.
Your items will be padded for protection during the shipping process.
Gift Wrapping is available upon request.

We Ship to USA and International Monday thru Saturday
Shipping cost is calculated at our secure checkout page. Just add the items to your cart and choose your preferred method of shipping before completing checkout.

International shipments may take as little as 3 days, or as long as 30 days as a result of customs, which we have no control over.

Taxes/Duties:
US - Orders delivered within Illinois are subject to Illinois Sales Tax. Applicable taxes will be automatically added to these orders during the checkout process.
 
International: Any applicable Customs Fees, Import Duties, or Local Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

On high value orders, we may ask for a current photo ID. This is purely a security measure. No personal information is saved or shared.

Return Policy

Due to Sanitary Concerns, there are no returns on used Safety Razors, Shavettes, Straight Razors, Blades, Creams, Brushes, Soaps, Lotions, etc.

On rare occasions, an item may be found to have a manufacturers defect. In such cases, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. We will gladly replace the item, issue a store credit, or refund your purchase price as long as the item has actual damage, or a manufacturers defect, and the item has not been used. Defective items must be returned in original packaging with any items that were included with the item.

We may issue a refund or store credit for certain returned items.

Excessive Returns Policy

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns and/or abuse of the returns policy will be flagged and may, at our sole discretion, lead to the closure of your account and future orders being declined.
