Combination-Hybrid
Safety Razors that feature a closed comb and open comb head are often referred to as Hybrid or Combination razors. It's like having two razors in one! Usually the open comb will be more aggressive shaving than the closed comb. The usual way to shave with this type of razor is to perform the first pass with the open comb and subsequent finishing passes with the closed comb.
