Chubby CH2 Super Silvertip Badger Shaving Brush
Likely one of the best badger brushes made in the world today.
This impressive Premium Shaving brush is entirely handmade and densely filled with Silvertip Badger Hair.
The Chubby has been acknowledged as the finest shaving brush available today.

Established in 1919 Simpson & Co continue to make the worlds finest hand made shaving brushes using techniques that have not changed since the firm was founded.
Each handle is turned on a lathe, polished and then filled by hand with a knot of fine quality selected Chinese badger hair.
The hair for each knot is sorted, weighted and tied by a skilled craftsman who then carefully cements the knot into the handle.
The handle is then etched with the name of the brush.

Great but you know it already!

Incredible brush. Takes days to dry. Soft tips but firm below. Makes fantastic lather. The only comparable brush I have is the Mondial 1908 Radica Briar Wood Brush with High Mountain Badger XXL. This one needs a wide diameter stand not to pinch!

Wonderful shaving brush

Worth saving for! I have other silver tip badger brushes that are nice to compare this one to.I have to say this brush is the nicest I have used. Simpsons brush lathers very nicely and feels good on the face, just like a nice razor I figured having a nice brush for shaving every day is worth it. Just do it! No regrets

Simpsons Chubby 2 - Super Badger

This was a costly acquisition, but I really wanted it and I am now satisfied. It satifies my desire for a highest-quality brush to alternate with my other two more affordable ones(Italian and German made) Be careful to not deform the edge of your razor blade by shaving over loose badger hair bristles that inevitably shed from the massive bundle/knot, while it is in relatively new condition. You will feel the difference if it happens.
