Fantastic

Great weight to it, feels secure in your hand and won’t slip. Cleans very easily, not too many nooks and crannies for dried shaving cream to try to stay. Looks good on our bathroom counter!

Old Reliable

After more than sixty years of shaving, and having the Jagger for the last ten of those years I would rate this as one of my best performers. The blade sits well within the cap and plate and I find a safe and effective cutting angle to be immediately achievable. This instrument is well preserved. I find no evidence of wear. My sentiment for this razor has influenced me to pair the EJ with Trumper creams, particularly the coconut scent. With such an abundance of quality razors available in today’s market, I admit to overlooking this top notch performer sometimes, but I always come back to this stalwart for a reliable shave. It fits easily in my hand. No awkwardness whatsoever. And I love the smoothness of the handle.

Mild and Efficient

I made this purchase because I wanted a less agressive razor, and knew the DE head would fit the bill. I have found that it is a very efficient razor as well, and have had no irritation (I used a Voskhod blade - a wonderful pairing).
I like the simple yet elegant design of the ivory handle. I definitely recommend it.
