Desert Island Strop!

I've had the Illinois Imperial Russian for at least 10 years. Actually have two. I believe at least one came from Shave Nation but kinda forget. One is in the closet (for razors). Another is in garage with compound for other cutlery. Strops are personal like brushes. I believe the best is learning what you like vs. what you read or see online. In my wet-shaving journey I've come to like the more textured leather and linen strops that I feel give me great feedback. The Imperial Russian never disappoints. I also tend to prefer those leather handles over big clangy D rings. If I could only choose one this would be it! If I ever need another coming to Shave Nation, as their order turnaround time is the best!
