Taconic Tequila Lime Shave Cream

I just purchased a wide variety of soaps and creams from Shave Nation. This is the first one I used and I'll try to post reviews for all of them as I use them. First, Taconic absolutely nailed the scent with this one. Smells exactly like everybody's favorite tequila lime beverage, very pleasant scent while shaving. However, I found the lather that it makes to be a little light and "airy". Lubrication was OK, but it just didn't feel very substantial on my face. I'll probably consider more of this one in the future.

Taconic Tequila Lime Shave Cream

I'm shocked that this product doesn't have a review yet. It is really nice shave cream. The scent is very pleasant but not over the top. Just a little bit makes a lot of extremely rich, creamy lather. It feels like it gives the best cushion of any shave cream that I have tried so far and that would include Art of Shaving Sandalwood, TOBS Eton College, and C.O. Bigelow, which is basically the Proraso green tube. This is really really fine stuff and I heartily recommend it. The only negative that I have is that the mouth of the container is a bit on the small side, so if your brush is big it's a bit of a pain swirling your brush in the jar. As far as the stuff on the inside of the jar....two thumbs way up!
