Taconic Shave's Arnica Sore Muscle Balm provides an icy/hot sensation that stimulates circulation to help keep muscles and joints loose before and after exercise. Arnica and comfrey root are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, and help with bruising and pain. Due to arnica's effectiveness, it is one of the active ingredients in most commercial creams and is used externally for treating overstressed and tired muscles. The base of organic safflower oil, coconut oil and beeswax will also nourish the skin.

Directions: Apply directly to skin on shoulders, knees, elbows, back, legs, or anywhere you're sore, and rub in completely. 

Ingredients: *Carthamus tinctorius (*safflower) seed oil infused with arnica montana (*arnica flowers), *symphytum officinale (*comfrey root), zingiber officinale (ginger root), brassica alba (mustard seed), and essential oil blend. Also contains cocos nucifera (*coconut) oil and vera alba (beeswax).  *certified organic

Arnica balm

I came across this as I was scrolling the Shave Nation website after ordering other shaving supplies and boy am I glad I found this. This is reminiscent of a tiger balm scent but not as strong and with the roll on I don’t have to get it all over my hands to apply it to my knee. It does help with the swelling but it’s not a pain reliever so I took an aspirin and I was able to do my daily business without a whole lot of discomfort. This works and it’s all natural AND made in the USA. I recommend buying this from Shave Nation.
