Beautiful razor but I'm still learning

This razor is beautiful to look at and use, and it feels great in the hand, but I find I'm getting more nicks than I should. I'm using a feather blade in it. I see in one of the comments that feather blades are more aggressive? So I'm going to try the Parker blades it came with. My question is what makes one blade more aggressive than another? Arn't they all the exact same width? I use feather blades in a couple other shave nation razors I have and don't get nicked up at all. I'm a newbie and still learning any advice much appreciated.
