The skill and experience required to machine an exotic metal like Titanium to the tolerances Henson demands makes a razor like this a very rare commodity. The Henson Ti22 3 Piece Razor is painstakingly machined from grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) and comes in at double the weight of the Henson AL13. Titanium is an exotic metal known for its strength and durability. This makes the Ti22 a truly "buy it for life" safety razor. And with the rave reviews Henson razors already get, you know you're buying something of exceptional quality and performance. Titanium threads have a higher likelihood to bind or gall, so we made the extra effort to machine Nitronic 60 stainless steel threaded inserts that make for a better feel when tightening and loosening the handle.

The SR-71 of razors

Got the Henson Ti-22 medium through Shave Nation, plus a whole bunch of ancillary shaving accessories. It's better than shaving with my plastic cartridge razor. The shave is better. Smooth. No cuts. Less post-shave irritation. I'm happy.

Expensive but so happy with the details.

This Safety Razor is all i wanted, ever! A detail I looked is in the physical invoice someone manually wrote a thanksgiving message, and also I get a beautiful gift towel. So after that I can say that I'm so happy with the item but even more with shave nation.

The Ti22 is Among my top 3 razors

The Ti22 is smooth, and the length is perfect. I love the weight. I always perform 3 passes. No nicks or scrapes. A little expensive but well worth it. I can easily get that baby face.

Henson Ti22

I received my Henson Ti22 +++ yesterday and used it for the first time today, WOW. I had a 5 day growth and a baby face smooth was very easy to achieve. I can definitely tell the difference. I also have the AL13 in both +++ and ++. The ++ is now back in the rack. My rotation is now the Ti22 +++, Henson AL13 in +++, Two Rockwell Adjustable's and an Alpha Outlaw Evolution. I will probably move the Outlaw into number 2. I may not even rotate any of them. GREAT RAZOR! GEO, I alway enjoy your videos and watch them many times before I make up my mind.
