Just Arrived! Solid colognes suspend concentrated fragrance oils into a solid wax or butter. You simply scrape a tiny amount of the waxy balm with your fingertips, warm it between your fingers, and dab it onto your pulse points (wrists, neck, inner elbows). Because they lack drying alcohols, they are generally much less irritating to sensitive skin and double as a light moisturizer.
