The block does the job, the concept for the container fails

I recommend an alum block post-shave. That said, I do not recommend this product because of container design.

The block broke from the base where the block met the plastic base container. This occurred upon dropping it into the sink. If you plan on never dropping it, then this particular design will work for you. Life is great.

The alum block is effective and does a good job. My criticism is the design of the container. I recommend purchasing the block itself - such as, a small block like Osma for your traveling needs. Cheers.
