Always loved this scent. The wood bowl is cool

Smells great, great shave.

This is a great product. I prefer this over the shaving cream bowls, as the containers are plastic. This is virtually the same thing but comes in a nice wooden bowl and reorders can be soap only. The soap is a little harder and requires a little more stirring than the creams - however this is easily overcome by breaking a piece off and leaving it soak in a shaving bowl. Too easy.

Shave Nation was great soap nasty

This soap smells God awful doesn't lather good and just smells bad

Taylor Old Bond

Excellent- prefer the soap over the cream for slickness, lathering and smooth applying. Have used with both a Chubby 2 synthetic and badger brushes. As my experience grows I seem to prefer soaps over creams.

I wanted to like the aroma so much

This soap is the first I ever used and I will say it lathers insanely well. I only wish I enjoyed the scent. It doesn't smell bad it just doesn't smell great. I was hoping for something more in line with a sandalwood incense, but it doesn't smell woody or smokey, just soapy. Still, it lathers like a dream and gives a nice shave so 4/5 and maybe I will see about some of their other scents
