Parker 11R

always wanted a horned handle de razor so I got the 11R, the razor itself is a very comfortable to hold,the handle is polished smooth so your hand had to be somewhat dry with NO lather on your holding hand,I paired the 11R with a Lord Racer ( mediocre)
blade, ( i put an M8 nylon washer in the baseplate groove before assembling the razor) a Stirling soap lathered up my a Simpson Commodore X3 Best Badger.the feel of the razor is very comfortable.you have to be very careful handling this razor because of the horn handle having a pointed tip at the end of the handle.I wanted to take the handle to a jeweler to have the pointed tip flatten and polished. after calling Shave Nation and asking GeoFatBoy if the handle was solid or hollow G.F.B called the Parker rep and the rep said “It (handle) may crack and I’m on my own” voiding the warranty
would I recommend the 11R? DEFINITELY!
