Regarding the Derby Half Blades...For me , they were satisfactory and a delight in the Leaf Razor Company .... " Twig " single edge razor. Twig was a sharp and smooth experience. The price point is low enough to give it a try without much expense.Lastly , the Twig head is compact enough to get to all necessary areas on the face. Go for your bliss.

Derby Single Edge Professional 1/2 Blades 100 Pack

I am sort of new to this style of shaving but these Derby blades work great. I have tried Sharp, Perma-Sharp, Shark, and Lord but none seem to work as well with me as Derby. The Lord blades came pretty close. However, I have very thick facial hair that grows quickly and the Derby blade cuts smooth, feels good and is easy to use for beginners. Some of the other blades were not as friendly as these. But if you have thick hair and sensitive skin this is a good choice of blade. 01/26/2015
