Rockwell 6S Adjustable Safety Razor Matte Black PVD

Very nice razor. Well balanced with a hefty weight. It does require some experimentation to find the correct combination of settings. Also a little smaller than I was anticipating.
My only concern is that to use this razor requires frequent “hands on” near the blade. The blade ends also protrude from the razor. In a moment of inattention, it would be easy to cut fingers with this razor. In retrospect, I might have been more confident with the Rockwell Model T2 Adjustable razor.
Customer service, as always was excellent. I always enjoy the opportunity to view Shave Nation’s videos on You Tube and the charismatic, good natured Geofatboy.

I had purchased a Henson AL13 ( medium) razor and Astra and Feather blades. I kept nicking myself and gave them to my son-in-law to try and he loves them. I then purchased the Rockwell 6S and Rockwell blades and am very pleased. I've tried several shaving creams and settled on Simpsons Ultra Glide. Nice smooth shave with no nicks.

I got my Rockwell 6S in Black from Shave Nation today. Wow! This thing is everything Geofatboy says it is. Fast shipping and packed well. I pulled it out of the shipping box to find a black cardboard box. Eh, it looked as nice as a black cardboard box. I opened that box and pulled out what looked like a black leather book with silver page edges. This box had a magnetic holder keeping it closed. I opened it up to find Black Gold. This razor is everything Geofatboy says it is. I didn't shave with it today because I had another razor I wanted to try today. I will probably give it a try on Sunday evening. That will give me a couple days worth of growth. I can't wait!!!

Very great quality. Still learning which head adjustment is right for me but first couple shaves been very good. I'm happy with my purchase. Thanks for fast and great shipping!

Love the adjustability of the razor for me to choose how aggressive to get with the shave. Has a great weight to the razor, and the black pad really looks sharp.
