Poor Drsign

Won’t be using this. When the blade slides into the razor, the channel is so deep that the blade edge is basically even with the handle. Grab something to pull it out a bit, and the first couple of strokes pushes it right back in. Useless and frustrating. In addition, if the blade did stay exposed above the handle, there is no safety cover for when not in use. I don’t recommend this at all

Is it the tool for me?

I had a full beard for decades and recently decided to trim it down to a circle beard, so I bought this thinking edge maintenance. After a couple sessions, I don't know how much I'm going to be using it. The tool works fine, but ya gotta have some technique and I don't yet. What we have is basically a shavette with a curved blade and a funky grip. I have no experience with shavettes or straight razors, so it's a question of whether I can pick up the technique it's going to need. So far my rather sensitive skin isn't too happy with me. We'll see what Proraso's pre-shave creams, which I ordered from Geo a couple days ago, can do for the situation.

Love This Thing!

Was looking for a better way to detail my beard and this is it! Way easier than a full size straight razor and less possibility of cutting yourself or making a mistake. It’s a must have if you’re looking to groom your beard with excellent results.

It’s awesome it will just take time to get use to it and take my time to learn it that’s life

Good for Edging

I used this item for leveling/edging my sideburns, not for a complete face shave. It felt more comfortable using this as opposed a straight razor or a DE/SE razor - I can better see where the blade starts.
