An Ode to OUD!

TOBS tubbed creams are among the best performing in any scent one orders. They provide a fantastic shave, and when followed with a matching aftershave are a joy to use. Kudos to Shave Nation for stocking the line. Their fragrances are natural smelling and subdued. Oud is rounder, deeper, and sweeter than other wood based fragrances and somewhat hard to describe. Closest description for me is that Oud is warm, earthy, and smells a little like your Mom’s purse - in a very, very good way! It’s just very reminiscent. Has those notes of aged leather that were imprinted with the smells of cash, makeup, and maybe some candy or vanilla sweetness. My first reaction upon opening the tub or spraying the aftershave was “I wish I found the Oud fragrance earlier.” Believe the slight sweetness makes it a Unisex fragrance. I find myself reapplying the aftershave during the day, as it’s very enjoyable to smell, and has gotten many positive compliments.
