Muhle Stainless Steel DE Blades 200ct

Love the Muhle DE blades! I first tried them when I purchased the Muhle Rocca razor. A complimentary blade came with it. I have been a dedicated Feather user for a long time. I tried the sample blade with the Rocca and was blown away. Super close and super smooth. Everything you want in a blade. Then I tried the Rocca with a Feather. A little rough and it forced me to be very cautious and deliberate. Second shave with the Feather and it was much better. It dawned on me that first shaves with Feathers are many times a bit rough. I bought the Muhle DE’s and have not had a rough shave yet. Since then I’ve tried them on several other razors and have had the same pleasant experience. I still like and use Feathers on some of my razors but now not all of them. Extremely happy with my Muhle blade discovery and also the Shave Nation folks!

I'm gonna agree with other buyers that these blades performed excellent right along side anything that comes from Germany that I have experienced.

Was always a feather guy but when I tried the Rocca the geometry of it didn’t pair well with the feather. I was getting razor burn for the first time in a long while. On a whim I popped in the muhle blade that came in the package. Irritation-free BBS shave. I’m hooked on this combo now.

I got 1 blade with my new Muhle R41. I have to say, this razor and that blade gave me what is likely to be the best shave I ever had from a safety razor. I started wet shaving in 1973. I have used straight razors on and off for all these years too. The Muhle R41 with that blade was as good as any straight shave I've ever had. (Would not have believed it ---- until I did it.) So I ordered 200 more blades. I have yet to open the first pack, so more reports to follow, but I am optimistic. It may be more the razor itself, but perhaps these blades are that good too. I'll find out soon. That 1st blade in this razor gets 5 stars, because there is no room for 6.
