The Henson AL13 3 Piece Razor puts an end to shaving irritation and cuts, while also making your skin feel comfortable and smooth. They created this razor to give you a whole new shaving experience unlike any other. Your skin will feel amazing after using this razor.

The only difference between the Henson AL13 and the Henson AL13 Medium is the blade gap and blade exposure. These measurements control the "aggressiveness" of the shave.

For finer hair and shaving areas other than the face, a milder razor is generally desired. Go for the AL13. For coarser hair, the aggression of the AL13-Medium razor may be more suitable. For even heavier beard growth go for the new Aggressive Version of this razor.

GREAT RAZOR FOR CLOSE SHAVE WITHOUT IRRITATION

I have shaved 5 times with my new mild + Henson Razor, (4 times with the RK blades, and once with a Feather from the 3 blade sample pack that I also purchased). I am using the 5.2 oz. (150 ml) Proraso Shaving Soap (green) that comes in its own plastic cup. The shaving experience has been exceptional with no irritation or nicks. The Proraso shaving cream lathers quickly, provides good protection and is easy to use. I also purchased a magnet that holds my blades between shaves. This is a great improvement over Harry's razors, from which I regularly drew blood. The purchasing experience was great with Shave Nation, with the oder being shipped quickly and arriving quickly. The YouTube videos on shaving and products have been most helpful. Thank you Geofatboy!!

From Mild to Medium

I thought Henson stopped making the more aggressive razors. After searching online I found that other online retailers was the place to get them. After watching geofatboy's review of the different versions, I knew I needed to step up the aggressiveness. The ++ is definitely better for me than the +. Getting a much close shave with less effort. These razors are pretty fool proof.

Awesome razor

Henson AL13 Medium is an awesome razor. With other razors I've used I tend to get a lot of small nicks and cuts on my face/neck, but with the Henson I had almost none. I think with time and experience as I use the razor more I'll have no nicks or cuts when I shave. Highly recommend.
