Great stuff

Just used it the day after it arrived, the lather was the best I have ever had. Once it gets low in my bowl i will be ording another.

Great shave foam on a budget

I prefer to use Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream, and so this is a budget friendly alternative to that. The shave foam is generous and is great for daily shaving, but doesn't match up to the quality of a luxury shave foam. However, like I said, it's great for a daily shave.

Good Shaving Soap but...

Refill puck fit my mug perfectly. The soap filled the brush quickly with a nice thick lather that stayed. Scent was perfect, not at all overwhelming or clinging. However, soap had a distinctive and stinging astringent action that I noticed between passes, and, indeed, on my lips when the lather is first applied and before I thumbed the soap off the lips. Maybe my skin or the material they used to provide the sent. My previous shave soap was unscented.
