Nice scent

Very nice scent, soothing on the face.

Layer upon layer

While it is a bit expensive , you can’t beat the smell and it layers nicely with the TOBS royal forest shaving cream. Go ahead and treat yourself

TOBS Royal Forest After Shave Cream - Savor the Scent!

TOBS Royal Forest After Shave Cream is a great compliment and finish to the TOBS Royal Forest Shave Cream (please see separate review) that I purchased at the same time and has a comparable but more intense woodland / forest scent. Ultimately, it left my face soft, smooth, moisturized and feeling great.
However, instead of reading the ingredients ahead of time, I found out the hard way that this balm contains a bit more alcohol than glycerin and my sensitive skin was "surprised" before being soothed, eventually. I guess I prefer a glycerin-based balm but that's not the fault of the product. The scent did last all day long, although faintly.
Considerably more expensive than my usual after shave balm, I'll save this one for special occasions. Nevertheless, spending some extra time in the Royal Forest is certainly time well-spent!
