Wood but not like a 2x4 to the head

This delightful and mild product becomes a skin scent pretty fast. It is very gentle and natural. So many powerful wood fragrances that seem full of ambroxan or too much musk?
Let's just be pleased with wood being what it is--mild.
Cedar is mild, and I am a true sage lover in my foods and fragrance.
Not a strong statement. Not a high price. Relax and just splash it on lots. Buy more.

Ogallala Bay Rum Sage and Cedar Aftershave

When I first smelled it in the bottle, it did not smell very good. I put it on and really liked it. It smelled woodsy and was not overpowering. I never really liked aftershave much, but It works great for me.Also my wife likes it.

I've been a big fan

I've been a big fan of Ogallala Bay Rum products ever since my mother gave me a selection of Bay Rum shaving products for Christmas a few years back, i love the smell, it's great after shave!

Really growing on me

The scent is a bit medicinal at first (almost like menthol), but after a few minutes it tones out really nicely. The sage becomes more dominant once it settles, and the cedar gives it a nice, woodsy base. I really like it for a winter scent, would probably switch out to the Orange or Sandalwood varieties for other seasons. And yes, it is potent - if you have the slightest nicks, this will wake you up.
