Solid, stable stand to display safety razors

I purchased two black stands. They are very solid and well balanced. In black, they provide a nice display background for chrome, brass, and gold razor, but not so much for dark plastic handles. The holes are a good size for standard cylindrical handles, but a bit tight for the squarish, white bakelite handle of my 1950s Type G Schick injector. I cut my thumb trying to get the Schick out of the stand. I may have to open the hole with a file or find a different stand for the Schick.
