Does the Job

This serves the purpose of protecting the shaver head, blade and fingers from the blade so I am happy in this regard. I gave a 4-star rating rather than a 5 because while they say it fits all double edge razors except adjustable, it is a tighter fit than necessary and it was expensive for what it is.

Fits the 38C

Fits the Merkur 38c perfectly. Does not fit my cheap van der hagen. That is not a negative as it didn't say it would. Just an FYI.

Snug as a bug in a rug

It’s a snug fit on my Merkur 38C which is a good thing. There’s no chance of it slipping off in my dopp kit and my fingers will appreciate that big time. I would buy again.
