Great All-Round Blade

These are a perfect compromise between sharpness and smoothness. They behave the same with fudge days if growth as with a thin layer of hair. Highly recommend these.

This has become my go to blade

These blades have a very precise feel. I get 5 great shaves out of this one. Sixth shave is pushing it. Works well in aggressive razors or milder ones. Very consistent blade performance. Top notch service from Shave Nation. Thanks.

Great blade for sensitive skin

I get a very good shave with these blades. I have somewhat sensitive skin and a not too heavy beard. My preferred blade.

Thin but sharp.

These blades are second only to Feather’s for sharpness. They are also really thin so require use in a device that will brace them properly to avoid flexing and therefore premature need for replacement. I recommend not using them in a shavette or any TTO safety razor. Instead, use them in 3 piece razors (any EJagger for example) or clamp style razors (Feather AS-D2 or Merkur Fütur are good examples of this).

The Perfect Blade for Me!

The Gillette 7 O’Clock Yellow ballade is a very sharp blade that holds its edge well and shaves my face without irritation. I agree blades fall into the category of your mileage may vary. For some reason there are other blades that feel smoother but don’t provide the irritation fee shave like these.

I will buy again!
