Fatip Lo Storto Gold Double Edge Slant Bar Safety Razor (Testina Gentile)

In 2020 Fatip introduced the Slant line which they call the Storto which is loosely translated as "Crooked" or "Slanted". These are available in both Open Comb (Testina Originale) and Closed Comb Safety Bar (Testina Gentile) models. The Closed Comb version is well suited to medium beard growth.

Fatip, the Italian razors with the original brass head, are handmade in Premana, district overlooking the lake Como, well known thanks to the expertise and skilled production of metals. The well-balanced design perfectly ensures a refined, precise shaving experience.

This model has a Gleaming Gold Plating and is a 3 Piece Slant razor with a CLOSED COMB (Testina Gentile) making it an excellent,efficient shaving razor.

My First Slant Razor

This razor is a thing of beauty. It is I think ild to aggressive.
Used with a Feather Blade and got excellent three pass shave.
Highly recommend this razor/

Nice razor

Shave Nation got this to me in three days. Excellent customer service. The razor itself, is beautiful looking in gold. The description on this item said that there might be slight imperfections since it is handmade but mine was in excellent shape. It is my first slant razor that I own and I wanted to see how a slant shaves. I have been a wet shaver for 15 years and I must say, for me personally, there was no learning curve at all. The gold looks beautiful in my bathroom and it will be in my top three razors picks to use in my rotation for sure. Well done Geo.

A good affordable razor

This is my first Fatip razor. It is very efficient, but in my opnion, the blade feel does not feel aggressive. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good stuff

Highly recommend. Awesome Razor to have. The only issue I had when I received the package. When I opened the box the presentation looked liked it was a returned item. The inside of the box looked damaged, and the razor was not secured in the box. I still give it a 5 star because I really enjoyed this razor. Good quality. You need to get one ..
